Take the confusion out of ballet! Ballet for Jazz is a cross training class designed for advanced/professional dancers working in the musical theatre and commercial industries. This class condenses ballet technique to its simplest form and tailors it to only include the parts that are of most benefit to you. This will be achieved by optimising all the elements of jazz technique that derive from ballet such as; functional movement, coordination, gathering and stopping momentum, transference of weight, balance, creating lines and much much more.

Each class will consist of a standard ballet class setup; barre, centre and allegro

Comfortable and moveable clothing. Ballet shoes are ideal however socks work too. Pointe shoes are not permitted in this class due the the studio floor
